At Figuro, we use various communication channels to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that tasks are completed efficiently. The channels we use are Meet, Huddle, Linear, Slack, WhatsApp or phone, and each serves a specific purpose. By using these channels, we can reduce miscommunications and delays, prioritize urgent issues, and ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date on the latest developments.

Channel | Purpose |

Meet | Primarily used for meetings and one-on-one sessions. Hold a meeting with some one external. |
Huddle | Used for pair coding sessions and long meetings with another developer. |
Linear | Inquiries about task status, comments, and additional information for tasks and code reviews. |
Slack | Internal communication with everyone Figuro. Non task-related comments should be posted here. |
WhatsApp or Phone | Medium or high severity cases only. |
Finally, WhatsApp or phone is reserved for medium or high severity cases only.
