Milestones

Achieved

The current state of Figuro's technology includes a digitalized traditional experience that led us to fully integrate our internal tools with customer conversations. This served as validation that further and deeper integrations are worth developing, although they are not yet fully digitalized.

Development

  • Binding Forms Experience: We collect and validate information provided by customers to enable our internal agents to provide accurate quotes.
  • Quoting for some products: We can currently provide accurate quotes to customers without integrating with the insurer.

Integration

  • CRM Integration: We have properly parameterized and configured Zoho CRM as our current process holder for quoting and underwriting.
  • Front Desk Installed: We are using Chatwoot and have synced it with Zoho to provide consultancy and sales support to our customers.
  • Workflows for Automation in Place: We have built a bridge that automates tedious and repetitive processes for our internal team.

Data / Analytics

  • Data lake installed: We are currently collecting and structuring an exhaustive amount of data for consumer analytics.
  • Data flow across platforms: Data pipelines have been set in place to provide relevant and contextual data for our internal processes.

Goals

Development

  • New Quoting Experience: The team is building a new quoting experience based on customer feedback and input from UI/UX experts. The interface is designed to provide a mobile experience that collects information for an automated conversation.
  • Automatic Underwriting: We are introducing a complete digital underwriting process for certain products, from quoting to collecting payments and underwriting policies. Although not all products will become self-checkout experiences at the moment, this will serve as the foundation for future automations.
  • Self-Service Conversational Experience: Our goal is to increase the amount of automated responses processed by natural language processors such as OpenAI.

Integration

  • Renewals: We plan to automate our renewal process for both internal users and customers by leveraging our current database.
  • Up-sales / Cross-sales: Similarly, we will run up-selling and cross-selling campaigns against our installed user base using our recommendation engine that is currently in testing.
  • Re-marketing: Our goal is to provide better insights about leads that did not complete our process, so that they can be recovered.

Data / Analytics

  • Figuro Internal API: We are launching an internal API to interact with data records and forecasting models.
  • Recommender engines: We are deploying and testing our first recommendation and customer segmentation engine.
  • Behavioral analysis: We are building an ecosystem of behavioral models that will lead us to recreate better insights about users.
  • Pricing models: Our goal is not only to recreate more pricing models from quotes, but to analyze and run dry-runs of enhanced versions of them as a foundation for our very own policies.
